Quick fix for 'back' on the loadout/max power causing issues.

The new vault separator icons for weapons is now tweaked.
Tap one of the separator icons to quickly toggle between this new grouping and pure power sorting.
Search gains both kinetic and stasis filters.
Vanguard and Trials ranks can be found under the vault on the progress page.
Many other fixes including one for a rare but long standing issue. Sometimes a character would look like a specific weapon or armor wasn't equipped.

This is a quick update to fix some critical errors.
1. The login error buildDestinyCredentials is fixed and the app will work for you.
2. Kill trackers on exotic weapons work again.
3. Equipping armor normally or via a loadout won't show zero character stats.
4. Power sort will work for weapons on each character.
Please note the new icons you can see in the vault are just separators to help you know 'oh these are all SMG's or Fusions'.

Updated for ShadowKeep:
- Now shows your artifact, finishers, season rank and Armor 2.0 details.
- Show strength, intellect and discipline on armor and and totals for the character.
- Show breaker damage on weapons if you have the right mod.
- Your power reflects the artifact bonus. Just tap it to toggle back to the old value.
- Bounties are now separated from quests.
- If you use an ornament on your gear that icon is now shown to make it easier to spot you fave items.
- Lots of bugs fixed.

Bug and performance fixes:
- Bungie changed how Ishtar stays in sync with a specific server. Meaning refresh resulted in old data being shown. This is now fixed.
- Better sorting of consumables and mods.
